NW Houston BCA Pool League Weekly Updates

Team:  All Teams

BCA City:  The BCA City Tournament information has been sent to BCAPL Vegas and they have emailed that information to all the leagues in the Houston area.  At this time, I need to ensure that my players have that information and you should easily find it on the website.  If you go to the League News on our website or the front page, there will be a link to the City tournament.  There are a lot of categories open for teams, singles, and Scotch doubles, so check it out and let me know which ones you want to play.  I am working with about 19 leagues in the areas, so you need to work with me and make this go smoothly.  I have emailed different players to form some teams.  Of course, any of you can form a team to play.  Any five players (4 for the ladies) can form a team.  Work with me on getting your information in and your fees paid so that our league is represented. I’ll be placing information on our website as I update that to make this work for everyone.

Website Updated:  I have worked diligently this week to get the website completely updated so that we can move forward.  You should have received emails from me from my primary email address which has been fixed.  Please use that email address for now on.  It has replaced my old Yahoo address below.

Make-up Matches:  Now that my email is back up and running, I have been using it to send emails to groups to get make-up matches played.  We are going to get really busy soon, so work with each other and get those made up. I’ll continue to help out as much as I can by sending out group emails.

BCA State:  The BCA State tournament is exactly a week after our City tournament ends.  I need anyone interested in playing in that tournament to contact me with your intentions. I would like to send at least one male and one lady team to that tournament and hopefully some individual players.  Please notify me if you plan to play at State.
